You access the Microsoft Word Invoice Template on Microsoft OnLine (You need Internet Access) as follows:

You can do a search here for the Template you require and then download it to your computer

You can now amend the Template with your own Business Details etc..

You should spend some time opening and closing a selection of these Microsoft Word Templates

The Microsoft Word Invoice Templates are a bit limited.
Microsoft Excel would be a preferable application for producing Invoices
