 Preparing an Envelope

Here we show you an example of a
Microsoft Word Template

Below we see the first step which gives us a choice
of either producing a single envelope or several envelopes for a mail-shot

(Note that if we choose to select the mailing list, Word will setup a 5 step wizard to assist us)

We have opted to produce a single envelope so we click OK and proceed to step 2

Here we enter the Delivery and Return Addresses and by clicking
we can also specify the size of the envelope, the font to use and the printing preferences.Word Template example.
