How do we control spacing within paragraphs in Microsoft Word 2003 ?
Let's now look at Double Spacing in Microsoft Word within Paragraphs
We can adjust the spacing between lines in a paragraph to make them more readable.
Single line spacing, like the paragraph below, is the norm.
We will now look at changing the Line Spacing within a paragraph
How do we check or change the Line Spacing within a paragraph? Perhaps we wish to change from single spacing to double spacing. Click on the toolbar then and the paragraph dialogue box will open.

One of the options is double spacing.
Note: If you select "At least", "Exactly", or "Multiple" you will also input a number value in the "At" box to the right of the Line Spacing box.
The number value will represent the amount of space you require between lines. |
