Double Spacing in Microsoft Word.

How do we control spacing within paragraphs in Microsoft Word 2003 ?

We can adjust the spacing between lines in a paragraph to make them more readable.

Single line spacing, like the paragraph below, is the norm.

We will now look at changing the Line Spacing within a paragraph

How do we check or change the Line Spacing within a paragraph? Perhaps we wish to change from single spacing to double spacing.

on the toolbar then

and the paragraph dialogue box will open. double spacing in Microsoft Word

There are a range of Line Spacing choices available from the drop down box

One of the options is double spacing.

Note: If you select "At least", "Exactly", or "Multiple" you will also input a number value
in the "At" box to the right of the Line Spacing box.

The number value will represent the amount of space you require between lines.
